Shipping policy

Shipping time At Reptiz,our goal is to get your new enclosures to you as soon as possible.

Mostly orders place at business day will proceed within 24-48H(exclude weekend)following their completion date. Most of the listings on this website are stock available if open to place order, meaning the majority will shipping soon.

Feel free to check in at anytime to get updates on the progress of your order.
Shipping Methods Currently, all standard orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx/USPS ,Most products arrive in 2-5 days.

We will always use Priority if possible, but some area are not available this ship method. In this case, the package will be shipped via USPS.

Please note we are not open to pick up. Cancellations We reserve the right to refuse any request for cancellation. If a problem arises and you feel you must cancel, contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it work for both parties.

Returns If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once you have contacted us, we will ask you to provide pictures of the shipping container and any damage on the actual item.

It is important to get documentation/proof of photos in the case of shipping damage so that we can begin processing a shipping claim.

Even if the shipping box appears undamaged, you must provide pictures. Once you’ve provided documentation, the item may be returned in the original box(if it is still intact). In the case of damaged items, you will have the choice of paying return shipping and being reimbursed on arrival.

Once we have received the return package, a work order will placed for your exchange item. Lead times may still apply, but we will do our best to get your replacement to you as soon as possible.

In the case where replacement is not possible, you will be refunded. Refunds in place of exchanges are given at our discretion.

In instances where the item arrives undamaged, reimbursement or prepayment of return shipping cost will be given at our discretion.
